Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill

As you would expect of a Radisson Blu, the hotel is very well appointed and the rooms were vast! We ate in the Chophouse restaurant on our first evening and had a superb meal (other evenings we were eating out with family). Breakfast was very good and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or efficient. The reception staff in particular deserve a special mention.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety of delicious options. My room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

I loved that the Radisson Hiltop was environmentally responsive, Great city view and a clean, spacious room. Excellent choice of meals and very kind staff - Salla, Keffa, Duncan, Ruth and my airport drivers Jack and his colleague, were very kind. I like that the night manager who checked me out at 5 a.m. on Saturday, Oct 07, gave his word to resolve my double billing situation. I had presented an AMEX card for billing at reception when I arrived, and shortly afterwards, my Visa card used to make the booking was charged AGAIN! I expect Booking.com to step in to help to resolve this quickly.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was tidy. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bar staff were friendly. Everything was great.

Following a vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diet at the moment and the chefs and restaurant staff couldn't have been more accommodating in explaining what was available for me to eat and providing extras such a GF bread/soups. Thank you!

The hospitality was top notch. The entire experience was smooth ,right from the airport transfers to the tour of Nairobi City to celebrating my wife's birthday and singing for her the birth day song..and so on and so forth. Most of the time we were served by Christopher, a very friendly and passionate guy.

Right from the reception, my son and I were graciously welcomed by Violet. She was patient and kind to us given the fatigue and jetlag we had. In our room, we found Jimmy from resturant, had provided a beautiful welcome note and niceties, fruits and cakes like chocolate cake well presented. I cannot thank enough the food preparation. It's one of the best I have had in Nairobi top rated hotels. The room service and resturant gentlemen are intentional on making one's stay feel special. Thank you. Laundry was done to perfection at short notice and beautifully handled by the kind Aggrey. Radisson Blu Upper hill, has changed my perception (in a positive light) on top tier hotels in Nairobi. The location is quiet and room is so spacious as well and very clean.

the property had a very nice pool and a wide selection of foods available for breakfast. the staff was very accommodating and let me use the phone at the front desk for my bookings since mine didn’t work. very secure hotel with people coming in

Everything was just superb!! The lady at the reception who checked me I. (That was 8:30pm kenyan time )she was soo amaizing .I didn't master her name though 😞 .The chef made my evening better (Mr saisi.The salmon was 😋. In general the staff was amaizing,very helpful from the drop off to me checking early this morning. Will definitely be back.Thank you for making my anniversary memorable 💖 💕
