Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill

I usually stay at this hotel for work, but this time it was a personal trip. I booked it because I have always felt comfortable here during my work trips. The staff are really so professional and very personable at the same time. The rooms very clean and comfortable, and this time the staff gave me a free room upgrade which was such a lovely treat. I wish all Radisson Blus around the world were this clean and professional! The pool is the real winner for me - perfectly heated, clean and quiet. And finally, the proximity to and ease of getting to/from the airport is a real plus too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety of delicious options. My room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

I loved that the Radisson Hiltop was environmentally responsive, Great city view and a clean, spacious room. Excellent choice of meals and very kind staff - Salla, Keffa, Duncan, Ruth and my airport drivers Jack and his colleague, were very kind. I like that the night manager who checked me out at 5 a.m. on Saturday, Oct 07, gave his word to resolve my double billing situation. I had presented an AMEX card for billing at reception when I arrived, and shortly afterwards, my Visa card used to make the booking was charged AGAIN! I expect Booking.com to step in to help to resolve this quickly.

The place has high security standards. Even though it’s safe but you feel safer. The place is clean and fantastic, there are two restaurants, and a bar that can serve quite delicious food and drinks too.
